• PerShare is a publication. It gives no personal advice and creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.
• Limits of liability, dispute resolution and governing law.
• Annual renewals: a clear notice before purchase, a reminder before each renewal, and online cancellation as easy as sign-up.
• Subscriptions are open to US residents only.
