• Every report is identical for every subscriber and is not tailored to anyone’s circumstances.
• Reports are drafted by AI models from third-party providers and checked automatically against their sources. A sample is reviewed by an analyst; most reports publish without human review.
• Each section records when its information was current. Past performance does not indicate future results.
• PerShare accepts no payment of any kind from companies it covers, their underwriters or dealers.
• Staff follow a published trading policy, and each report states whether staff hold a position.
• We cover a defined universe of US-listed companies and update each report when the company files or reports news.
